Collection by KidderHooker PS2 DVD Cover by Sasuke182 Game Collection ID: SLES_741.71 PS2 Garfield 4-in-1 ISO download link. This is a home-made collection of the four official Garfield game releases for the Sony PS2 on a single disc image with game select menu included. There used to be a lot of links around the web to download this ISO however they all seem to have disappeared / dried up and so here it is to download, play and enjoy again. This ISO is compatible with PS2 Emulators, OPL and PS2 Modchip/DVD-R. Note: For installation to PS2 HDD using WINHIIP or HDLDUMB, the ISO installation software will automatically pick up an incorrect game ID number from one of the included games rather that the Game ID number of the collection when you open the ISO ready for installing to PS2 HDD. You will need to edit the Game ID number to SLES_741.71 in the ISO installation software before installation in order for it to work correctly. You can also...

Vintage Have I Got News For You

Image
YouTube is not keen on sharing these old Have I Got News For You videos for some reason. Their copyright bot "Partially" blocked some of the content in some refions which mounted to the whole videos blocked in the UK. To this end, I have decided to share these vintage Have I Got News For You videos. I acknowledge that it is copyrighted material but its just too funny not to share. Have I Got News For You Volume 1 (VCD - 1993) Have I Got News For You Volume 1 VCD contains excerpts from the first five series of Have I Got News For You including "The Classic Election Special". The video has been ripped from VCD and hence the quality is low. Part 1 1. The Very First Show 2. The First Politician 3. Famous News Reader In Sex Scandal 4. Knighthood For Merton 5. Jason Donovan Is Not Gay 6. Paul Moans 7. Ian Moans 8. Confessions Of A Comedian 9. The Most Complaints We Have Ever Had 10. And Now Our O...

The Terminator - Time Travel Paradoxes

Image
Before I get into this, I will state that I love The Terminator movie. It is one of my all time favourite Sci-Fi movies and I am not trying to destory or damage the movie in any way by analysing the paradoxes that this movie contains. However, it's a movie about Time Travel, and all Time Travel movies seem to create paradoxes within them, so let's have a look at what paradoxes The Terminator contains. Bootstrap Paradoxes All of the paradoxes that I have noticed in The Terminator are examples of a bootstrap paradox. A bootstrap paradox, also known as an information loop, is a time travel paradox where an event, information, object, or person ultimately causes itself, creating a closed loop with no discernible origin. The bootstrap paradox is used deliberately in the plot of the movie Predestination . If you haven't watched it, I recommend that you do. The Terminator - Bootstrap Paradox 1 Premise - The Terminator is sent...

Blitz Coder#1 - Space Invaders Emulator

Image
Download Retrotechy's Space Invaders Emulator here. Having been a big fan of emulation since I first used a ZX Spectrum emulator on my Commodore Amiga 500 computer in the early 90's, I decided that it was time to learn how emulators worked and write my own one. An intel 8080 based Taito Arcade Platform emulator is a great base level emulator to learn how emulators work and was a really fun coding project to do. I wrote the initial basic emulator five years ago but I am lousy at finishing projects so I decided to change the habit of a lifetime and add multiple games along with game artwork and polish this up and for once, get a project completed and released. The emulator contains nine different official and unofficial versions of SPACE INVADERS including a few of the better so called 'Super Space Invaders' bootlegs. The emulator supports a number of other features including optional bezels, backdrops, simulated colou...

Red Dwarf Videos

Image
YouTube and Daily Motion have been getting a bit picky recently about the copyright protection of some of the Red Dwarf videos that I share on my "Flibbles Lair" YouTube channel. To this end, I have decided to share a few of the missing copyright blocked videos here as they are just too good to be not available to watch. Red Dwarf - Universe Challenge Shown on 14th February 1998 (the night before the tenth anniversary of the first episode of Red Dwarf's first broadcast) as part of BBC 2's Red Dwarf Night, the cast of Red Dwarf compete with Red Dwarf super-fans in a quiz about the show, based on the format of University Challenge. Includes a brief introduction from Red Dwarf fan, Patrick Stewart. Red Dwarf - Smeg Ups - 1994 VHS Video Released as "Smeg Ups" in 1994 as a stand alone VHS Video and in 2007 as part of the "Just The Smegs" DVD, Kryten presents a compilation of out-takes f...

Berzerk Arcade Video Game Maze Generation

Image
Berzerk Arcade Video Game - In Game Screen Berzerk is an arcade video game designed by Alan McNeil and released in 1980. Its a 1 or 2 player survival game where the only objective is to shoot as many robots as possible and last as long as you can scoring as much as possible. Originally designed as a black and white game, a video colour overlay chip was added late in the game design to provide simple colour but being a colour overlay chip, this leads to some colour clash when different coloured objects are close together. For anyone who has ever played the 1980 Berzerk Arcade Videogame, you will know that it has a number of amusing querks including how the enemy robots accidentally shoot each other and often bump into maze walls and destroy themselves. An important part of the game is the maze area in each room that you enter. On initial gameplay, the mazes appear to ...

Donkey Kong on the Sony PS1

Image
The Classic Arcade Original Donkey Kong What a game concept. Giant woman-abducting ape runs amok on scaffolded building site with flaming oil drums. The health and safety rep would never allow this... Also, the name.. "Donkey Kong". Was this a bad translation from the Japanese words for "Stupid Monkey" as some sources suggest? Or was it just an intentional bad choice.. I guess we can be thankful it didn't end up being called "Ass Monkey". Anyway.. Focus man, Focus! Question: Can I play Nintendo's arcade original Donkey Kong on the Sony PlayStation / PS1 / PSOne (and hence PSP, PS Vita, PS2, PS3 etc)? Answer: Surprisingly, the answer is No. Of course, by "Surprisingly" I mean "Unsurprisingly", and by "No" I mean "Yes.. Sort of". Surprisingly / Unsurprisingly: Given the amount of old arcade originals that did rock up on the PSOne, this is o...
